The funniest thing that ever happened to me had a great deal to do with Ms. Robyn. One year I had a very quick change, of like one number, and Ms. Robyn was helping me get changed. When I got out on stage to perform, someone asked me why I was wearing a different costume than everyone else. I looked down and realized that Ms. Robyn had put my costume on backwards! So, I had to run back stage and change again as quick as I could.

One day, during the boy's class, we were practicing cartwheels. Then all of a sudden, we heard a crash. Everybody looked over to see that Andrew had cartwheeled right into the wall. When he fell down, we saw that there was a huge hole in the wall. Andrew said that his head didn't hurt. The wall must of hurt though. We spent the rest of the class laughing at Andrew and the huge dent on the wall!

Bonus Story
Sent to Miss Kathleen by a teacher from another studio.

During a private tap class, I noticed that the 15 yr old male student (who was taking classes from me for the first time) was not articulating his sounds - they just weren't quite as clear as they should be. Using terminology which I thought would be common for a tap student, I said to him: "Your taps need to be cleaner". The young man then proceeded to lean forward, lift his left foot, and with his right hand, dusted - cleaned - his taps. Next time, I will choose my words more carefully!
